im in the making of one with newest qb (deployed a few days ago. working with multicharacter working and qb spawn ++...to get a most updated qb. and working apartments. (only thing i need to fix is the way to exit and then go back in 
i could upload the progress to github and add you in. and could eventually work together to get the apartments fully working ++
